Freeze Frame Festival

The 17th Annual International Film Festival for Kids of All Ages: Freeze Frame will be held March 3rd to 10th, 2013 at the Centre culturel franco-manitobain (Franco-Manitoban Cultural Centre).

We present films from around the world that can be enjoyed on their own or with an accompanying workshop. Our programming in French and English provides a range of hands-on media experiences in animation, video production, documentary, and interactive digital media.
