School Programs

Freeze Frame Celebrates 18 years of Festival excellence!

Over the years, our young audience has grown and we’ve responded by holding a full-day of programming exclusively for high-school students. On Wednesday March 12th 2014 we will be screening features, documentaries, shorts,  holding innovative workshops and offering a whole day of fun interactive activities at our ever popular Freeze Frame Media Zone. Students and teachers will have ample opportunity to observe, work and speak with filmmakers, media artists and industry professionals from Canada, Manitoba and around the world.

We’re really excited to share the best films and videos made for and by young people from all around the world with you and your students. Freeze Frame selects films and videos that will entertain and challenge youth by exploring situations and issues not normally explored in mainstream media.
