Founding festival co-director,
Nicole Matiation divides her time between organizing
the 2008 Freeze Frame festival, facilitating media literacy
workshops and providing administrative direction. Nicole
has a Master’s degree in Media Studies from Concordia
University and has worked on the organization of many
conferences and public events. She has extensive experience
in administration and coordination of arts and community
organizations.

Childs

Erin
Childs has passionately facilitated the creation of
music and art in the non-profit world for more than
16 years. An avid camper, voracious reader and self-taught
student of the Zen of principle centred leadership,
she began her career as a volunteer coordinator at the
West End Cultural Centre, before moving to the Winnipeg
Film Group as House Manager and later the Publicist
for the Cinematheque Theatre, an independent art house
with a 20-year history in Winnipeg. She is the founder
and curator of the CABIN FEVER! free films for kids
series. Erin lives with her partner of 21 years and
their 2 children.

Jamault

Corinne Jamault graduated from the MultimediaCommunication
program and the College-Universitaire de Saint-Boniface
in 2007. She has a passion for animation, graphic design
and art as well as teaching. She is also involved in
the Learning through the Arts program. In her free time,
Corinne volunteers at La Maison D’Artistes gallery.
Geetanjali
(Joey) Chopra

Geetanjali Chopra, aka Joey, is a recent graduate of
Mount Holyoke College in the U.S. with a degree in International
Relations and Communications. She has had experience
living and working in many different parts of the world
including Australia, India and Cyprus. She enjoys film,
music, reading and learning about different cultures.
