TANI MIKI
Executive Director (she/her) director@freezeframeonline.org
Tani has worked at Freeze Frame for two years. She has over 25 years experience working as an arts administrator and programmer at various organizations in Toronto and Winnipeg. She also currently serves on the board of directors for WNDX.
Through her job, Tani loves to provide kids space to critically reflect on films and the tools and skills to tell their own stories.

PASCAL BOUTROY
Co-Founder / Artistic Director (he/him)
Pascal and Nicole Matiation co-founded Freeze Frame in 1996. He is an established screenwriter and director with multiple film and TV series to his credit in Canada over the last 25 years.
For Pascal, it is important to expose children and youth to the diversity of films from all over the world with the festival and empower them to express their own creativity through film and video workshops.

Émilie has worked at Freeze Frame for three years and has worked in the Manitoba cultural sector since 2019.
Émilie believes kids of all ages should have the opportunity to flex their creativity as often as possible as a way to learn about film and how it’s made.
