Where is Freeze Frame located?

Freeze Frame International Film Festival for Kids of All Ages is presented at the Centre Culturel Franco-Manitobain (CCFM) at 340 Provencher Blvd. The CCFM has street-level accessible entrances with automatic door openers.


How do I come by bus?

The CCFM can be reached by public transit. The eastbound bus stop (50168) is located at St. Jean Baptiste and is serviced by bus routes FX4, F7 and 110. The westbound bus stop (50169) is across Provencher at St. Jean Baptiste and is serviced by bus routes  FX4, F7 and 110. There is a traffic light crosswalk east of the bus stop at Thibault St.


Is there accessible parking spots?

Yes, four (4) accessible parking spots are located 45 paces across from the main doors. After entering the parking lot from Provencher, turn left and they are on the left-hand side. Other non-accessible parking is available in the CCFM parking lot in spots without a reserved sign.


Are there accessible seats?

Yes, all our screening halls have accessible seating. Pauline Boutal hall and Jean-Paul Aubry hall are accessed on the main floor and Antoine Gaborieau hall, on the 2nd floor, is accessed by elevator, located in the main floor art gallery. Screening halls open 30 minutes before each screening.To reserve an accessible seat, email reservations@freezeframeonline.org or call 204-949-9355.


Yes, Freeze Frame welcomes support persons. We provide complimentary access to companions of customers with accessibility needs. Support persons receive free admission but need to reserve a ticket. Please call 204-949-9355 to reserve.

Yes, guide dogs and service animals are welcome in all public spaces at Freeze Frame, including the screening halls. For assistance with water for the animal, let our front of staff know.

There may be lineups as guests enter the screening rooms. Guests unable to wait in line may talk to the front of house Freeze Frame staff members for assistance. There are also barrier-free washrooms located on the main floor.

Content advisories are intended to help audiences know the content prior to viewing. They are found beneath the film synopsis description in the program.


Calm + quiet spaces are available for guests to retreat to if common areas become over stimulating. Please indicate on your reservation form if you may require its use.
